The Stingray is Tentsile's flagship. This three-person tree tent, or portable treehouse, is able to accommodate 3 adults and their gear in absolute comfort. This model affords an incredible amount of versatility and space for any type of camping situation. The Stingray offers users a uniquely communal and comfortable outdoor experience, elevated above inhospitable ground conditions, insects, snakes or other creepies. The Stingray comprises a spacious triple hammock interior covered in a rip-resistant insect-mesh, with an interior height of 120cm / 4ft when unloaded. It is accessed via a floor hatch in the center or the large front door. It can be suspended between three trees or other large anchors, such as columns, trucks or boulders. It features a removable fly sheet (in a range of colors) for unbeatable views. The rain fly can be pegged out to the ground, creating a large 160ft²/ 14m² of covered porch area. The Stingray tree tent can also become a multi-story camping base by adding three standard hammocks (not included) to the three corner D-rings. This way, you can have three adults in the tent above and three more in the hammocks below - you can have a huge amount of space over two levels. Add a Trillium triple hammock under the Stingray to create a multi-level experience that lifts all of your gear off the floor. The fly sheet's flap can be rolled and toggled out of the way above the front door, but all three can also be folded under the tent and hooked to the central hatch, thus creating a second windbreak and an eight centimeter thermal buffer of air to the underside of each hammock.
