This high-quality two person tent is only been used one night. The tent is in great condition except there is a minor amount of dirt spots on the floor, as would be expected from one night use. This tent appears as a new tent. The tent body and the tent floor are in great condition, and the poles are in great condition. This is the 2016 model. The screen material is in great condition, the tent body and the tent floor are great condition. This tent shows virtually no signs of wear. Just very minor dirt spots on the floor - you will have to look hard to find the minor dirt spots. It is one of 5 tents that were purchased to use for and organized trip. Therefore, a small # 2 is written on the floor of the tent - at the foot of the tent.  It was set up and tested for 1night, but never used on the trip. Only 3 tents were needed for the trip. This tent stayed home. There are no tears, or rips or holes in the tent or fly.
