KEY FEATURES:
The Zamberlan 6000 Karka EVO RR is the lightest and warmest 6000 Meter expedition boot ever made by Zamberlan. Featuring Zamberlan's new carbon-fiber insole technology, the new 6000 Karka EVO RR is roughly 12% lighter than the previous version. Features include: • The Zamberlan Carbon Fiber 5mm insole allows for the removal of the previous heavier insole for important weight savings
• A dual-density PU wedge integrates with the Zamberlan PCS EVO technology (professional crampon system) for a design perfectly matched to leading fully-automatic crampons
• The exclusive Zamberlan Vibram Penia outsole features a durable rubber compound material that will wear longer and maintain it's function better than other lighter rubber compounds
• The upper consists of an external shell of durable Superfabric (Ceramic Cordura) laminated with felt and elastic fabric and EVA for cushioning and thermal resistance
• A 2.0 mm microfiber insert over the heel and toe give additional support to the exterior shell
• The FWS lacing system with side camlocks ensure a technical fit and confident hold
• The inner removable bootee, specifically developed to grant warmth, is lined in mesh for better internal ventilation
• A thermal removable footbed inside the inner bootee employs a PE layer for cushioning and aluminum film for optimal thermal retention
