This is a Fresh Breeze Top 80 paramotor, with an Edel Power Atlas Medium paraglider, Fresh Breeze harness(detachable for training), prop covers, custom stuff sacks for the glider, the Top 80 tool kit, owner's manual DVD, complete suspension hardware with weight shift, and top of the line carabiners. The wing is a solid beginner/intermediate wing that you can grow into and I have seen it used for some pretty advanced acrobatics as well so it is no slouch. Fresh Breeze has been making their powered paraglider motor units for fifteen years! Due to the rigid certification procedures that exist in Germany, where they are made, these products are far superior to the recent American additions to the market. What is great about this unit that isn't obvious from the description is that it is gear driven and has a clutch. This means no regular belt maintenance that is common on other units and the clutch is a great feature since you can let go of the throttle in flight and the motor completely disengages with the prop letting you glide with only the nearly imperceptible sound of the idle, versus most units with a higher idle and a propeller that continues to spin. Also the top mounted gas tank is a must and you will see units with it mounted on the bottom of the frame; bottom mount gas tanks are a safety issue since they will rupture in a hard/crash landing. Also bottom mount gas tanks put the center of gravity low on the unit and make launching awkward. At only 42 lbs the Top 80 is a delight to launch. This unit has been on 7 flights and I bought it new for $9,400. It has 10 hours of runtime on the motor and about 20-30 hours on the wing (time spent exposed to sunlight). The unit has never been crashed and is in perfect condition. It has been garage kept and wiped down with WD-40 after each use before storing to insure it didn't rust.
Specifications:Weight 42 lbs, one ring cage, thrust 115 lbs, Pilot weight: 100-180 lbs Features:centrifugal clutch
SportiX suspensionEngine:Per Il Volo 80 cc (tuned)
18 HP at 9000 RPM Propeller:48″ Helix compositeThis is absolutely everything you need to fly! That means all of the equipment plus Free Training (If you are in the USA) for life for you and any of your or friends/family from the Most Experienced Powered Paragliding Instructor in the country, Captain Kurt Fister. Just beginner training (about 3 days) to get you off the ground is typically 2,000 - 2,500 dollars per person and more advanced training becomes expensive fast. With this equipment the training is truly Free and Unlimited; meaning you and your friends can go far beyond beginner training all the way to acrobatics all for free. I know the training sounds too good to be true but I bought my equipment new from Captain Kurt and have spent more than 5 days on two different occasions training with Kurt (staying in the guest room at his house) and I can't say enough about the quality of the instructions and his commitment to his students and their safety. Point in case he is letting me pass on thousands of dollars in free instruction with my equipment when I sell it just to insure the buyer is going to get quality/safe instruction even though he is making no money off of it. This guy is the real deal he doesn't instruct for money he does it as his passion, a few minutes on the phone with him and this will become clear. You can checkout his website at FlightJunkies.com and if your serious about buying the equipment message me first and you can go ahead and call Kurt to hear more about the training and to get incredibly psyched about flying.
