This auction is for an Outwell Florida six, it is in good condition, does not leak and comes with a footprint that goes under the tent so you can pack it up and put it down whilst keeping it off the grass so as to keep it clean. It is a tunnel tent so all the poles are the same, so not complicated to erect. The tent is in one bag and the poles come in a separate bag, all pegs are included. I have included the layout diagram in the pictures for you to see, it really is a nice high roomy family tent with a great sized porch attached that you can safely leave things under even if it it raining. The tent has been owned by us from new, from a non smoking family and has never been packed away until completely dry. It also has rails either side of the porch which are great for hanging things up to dry and a clothes rail between the bedrooms at the back.
