When I first got this tent I was amazed of how perfect it was for its age. It appears to be like new out of the box. No holes anywhere, all seams are strong, no mold or mildew, in fact its smell quite amazingly new. All zippers work perfect and all the screen are like new. The bathtub floor has no holes. There are only two imperfections with the tent material. The roof has some minor rust stains and imperfections. And the back wall at the bottom faded a little when applying the seam sealer or waterproof spray. Overall the tent material i would still give a 9/10. The poles are not original, the cross poles are from an Coleman American Heritage I had to drill through the ends that way the uprights would come clear through. The uprights were bought separate and the are just regular awning poles but they are strong. The uprights are nice because they are fully adjustable which helps if you set the tent up on uneven ground. The 2 not so perfect things with the uprights are that the 2 middle ones really need to be about 4inch taller. If you want the tent complete tight you will need to put a brick under the 2 middle uprights. This tent is ridiculously tall a 8ft in center and 6ft on sides, it makes it appear much bigger than it really is!! The other imperfection with the poles is one of the uprights was drilled through twice, because I could not find the perfect angle the first time. I will provide clear instructions to the buyer that way they don't get confused when setting it up. I bought wooden dowels to make the eaves which turned out good considering I never had the original poles. I will not offer returns so please ask me ever single question under the moon. Although this tent is not completely original I know you will be amazed once you see the condition of the material. Oh, the reason that I am selling it is because my wife insists on sleeping with a giant air mattress and I have 3 boys so I need a 10X14 at least.
Tent does not come with any bags, but does come with 12 nice stakes and the original manufactures instruction sheet. Tent will most likely ship in 2 separate boxes one for the poles and one for the tent.
