The model is discontinued. The tent is in near excellent condition except for one of the poles needs repair (see last picture). There's a some tiny spots and marks here and there, but nothing major. I'm still trying to get the fine dust off the bottom.
The rain fly looks new. The middle seam of the fly appears to have been waterproofed, meaning there's a thin layer of clear sealant (see picture 11). This could be the way it came when new, but I don't know for sure so I am disclosing it now.
All tent poles and stakes are included. It's been stored for quite awhile, so I set it up to take pictures, and to let it air out. The buyer might have to air out the tent and rain fly a little longer depending on how quickly it sells.
