Excellent condition Tent . I have used this Tent once in the snow and about 1/2 dozen times in non snow condition. It has NO tears or holes in the tent or the rain fly or footprint!! All the seams are in good condition and the seam tape is in good condition.. the only thing you mite find is some dried dirt or some grass..the poles are in good condition as well as the elastic cord inside them.. it has the tension strings and all the steaks.. this is a great Tent with no damage.. it is 100% complete! you could literally take it camping the day you get it!!!
