Used 17 inch Passier Optimum dressage saddle with synthetic stirrup leathers and stirrup irons included. I used this saddle on my 16.1 Westfalen who had an average withers. The only repair was on the right side on the seat seam where a few stitches came loose. I sent it to a saddle repair shop who applied a patch that has stayed on for years and does not affect the strength or comfortableness of the saddle in any way. I'm selling the saddle as I no longer have my horse. Please let me know if you have any questions.
