This is a 17" RooHide Cutter, with rounded skirts, barbed wire and basket weave borders. Comes with front and back cinches, and stainless flat-bottom stirrups. RooHides are hard to come by, and start new at $3500+... take advantage of this super comfortable, fits almost everything saddle. I am out of the cutting :(
