These taps were made by renowned saddle maker John Willemsma of Lj Saddlery. He makes saddles and gear for working buckaroos. These taps are smooth out with Carlos border on each leather piece. The insides are rough out.I have ridden with them maybe 30 times since having them made. They are not broken in and haven't ever been cleaned. They show signs of those 30 or so uses - some trail dust, boot marks in the stirrups, some marks from round pen walls, etc. Outside of that, they are more or less new. The taps are approximately 24" longThe stirrups are 4" (approximately 4.5" counting the leather)The wide point of the stirrups inside diameter is 6"I'm selling them because I don't use them much if at all. I just don't personally need them. I hope these go to someone who will enjoy them and get some good use out of them.Please contact me with any questions. I will pay for shipping.
